    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at American Express.

    Interview

    First interview with HR representative (remarkable point: No personal related questions).
    Second interview with local area managers. Third interview with general managers.
    The most difficult part of the process, is the final backgroud check. It takes a lot of time and it is hard, but they guide to pass it.
