55 hour weeks are the norm here, this doesn't agree with everyone and i would only say apply for a job if you are career and money orientated as priorities will shift if your are to be successful in sales
Typical growth pains from a company that has grown as successfully and rapidly as ours since 2006. I have found that i have had to be adaptable over the 3 years i have spent here.
Advice to Management
Keep on training leadership and management levels. It's come on leaps and bounds over the last 3 years and i believe it will be the key to continuing our growth over the next 3.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anderson Frank (New York, NY (US)) in March 2018.
Phone screen, Skype interview, in-person interview. Phone screen and Skype interview were with much more professional employees whereas the in-person interview was very unprofessional. Did not hear back after the in-person interview and did not receive any feedback on the interview
