If you want to work in a generally collegiate environment, where innovation is encouraged, KPIs are used as a tool not a weapon, and a six figure salary is achievable, look no further. I have had many a bad experience working at other recruitment companies, and I don't think some people realise how good they have it here-hence the number of people who leave and then return! A very long winded process and little time to give my input or ask questions. Didn't hear back for a while and had to meet the team on separate occasions. They didn't make life easy and made me take lots of time off from my previous job to attend said interviews.
