    I applied through other source. I interviewed at Annapurna Recruitment (United Kingdom) in Sep 2021


    I was contacted by Tia on LinkedIn after which I had a call with her to discuss the role, my CV and the organisation.
    Post that, I had a video interview with the division lead to go over my CV in more detail and understand my motivations for the role.
    The next stage was interview with one of the founder's of the organisation where I had to present my previous experience and why I want to work at Annapurna in this role.
    This was one of the best recruitment processes I have been through. Tia was great at communicating and providing information on next steps. Additionally, I recieved consistent feedback throughout the interview process.

Another year is upon us and 26.2 miles lie ahead of our 5 runners, who will be pitting themselves amongst 40,000 other runners to complete one of the most rewarding, yet challenging feats of endurance, the London Marathon. Supporting 3 of our Annapurna Giving charities, Parkinson's UK, Amnesty International UK and Havens Hospices, our 5 runners are looking to raise funds to continue to help those in need. Emma McDermott, Leon Groves, Joe Barrett, Timothy Revill and Pascal Duerr...time to brush off the new year's cobwebs and tie those running shoelaces up!
