Location, team and leadership are really always working to improve, great games

Like anywhere with a lot of growth you have to be careful, have had a couple of bad egg hires who've not worked out, but weren't great.

Advice to Management

See cons, you work really hard to make this place be good to work at, and give us a nice team around us, but because we've scaled up, it makes a bad hire really stand out. Kudos for being brave and

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Antimatter Games (India)

Two rounds of Interview were great, people were friendly and welcoming. When it came to the test, they sent one that is very different than the actual role I applied for. The test had ridiculous expectations for the tiny amount of time given. Despite it not being relevant the role I applied for, I did my best focusing on the areas that are slightly relevant to the role I actually applied for. After 3 weeks of constant follow-ups, I got a very generic email saying I was not selected. Worst part is, I did not even get a feedback for the test because "company policy".

For a company that puts up a lot of show and boasts about its culture and recruitment process in LinkedIn, I was expecting them to keep up to it atleast a little. On the contrary, they insult a candidate's time and skill by giving irrelevant tests, and worse - not giving even a one-line feedback. Every other company I did a test for have provided me with feedback without even asking them.

Your "company policy" has to be reviewed in this area if you really value/respect every applicant's time (as you claim in your articles) that we spend 'for you'. Or atleast let us know before giving us the test that you guys don't value our time and wont give a feedback. Some desperate job seekers will still take up the test.

A lot of generic questions you'll find in internet and a few specific questions about how well you would fit in their art team.
