Pros

When i first started i was worried about the whole working from home and being forgotten about i would be as well working in the office they haven't treat me any different, the Pros for me

Cons

there isn't any i have come across in my time working for Apello

    My interview was conducted over video call due to being in the middle of lockdown, it was a very in depth interview and they explained everything in detail so that i could get a proper idea of what the job entailed and if it was likely to be suitable for me, then went for a couple of hours to the call centre to watch operators take calls and see exactly what i would be doing and meet the team
