I have been working at Arup full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Talented people
Exciting project opportunities (overseas and large-scale)
Opportunities to work in different areas/teams
Sustainability, resilience, digital transformation, social value and other important topics are increasingly being considered in most of projects

    Cons

Hard to do extra activities within the company without a job number (overtime hours, then)
    Leadership is not very diverse
Salaries should be higher considering the level of skills people have

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Arup (Birmingham, England) in June 2019.

    Interview

Group task that led onto an interview. The group task was completely construction based with time management and a budget that had to be met. After this group task everyone was asked one by one to be interviewed.
