I applied through an agency and the interview was quickly arranged. The interview took place with two members of staff and lasted around an hour. The role was fully described to me and I was asked competency and experience based questions. I was informed of my success 2 days later and negotiated the start date. The whole process was enjoyable and efficient.
I was able to select my preferred start date.
