I have been working at Asurion full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They care about work/life balance. Never had any issues with the two conflicting.
Lots of different opportunities and new technologies to work with.
    Talented people.
Great culture, majority of leadership is great.
Lots of potential in our future initiatives.
    Supportive teams.

    Cons

In the team I work on, things change fast. This is good/bad depending on how you look at it. Sometimes this means that we don't go back and fix things that are created.
