I have been working at Auckland International Airport full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company to have a career (if you work for airport operations), friendly team members, opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds everyday

    Cons

    Ego maniacal, power hungry bosses

    Advice to Management

Try and understand how work is carried out by your team members rather than sitting in front of a computer and ordering staff to work according to how you want. Make decisions that seem sensible to others, please understand that you don’t own the airport and you’re just a staff like everyone else and that people have some self respect and dignity. Treat everyone fairly

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Auckland International Airport (Auckland, Auckland (New Zealand)) in September 2017.

    Interview

I felt at ease during the interview, everything went nice and easy and I was allowed and given 1 to 2 minutes before answering a question. There are 3 parts to the interview, the first part is where you introduce yourself to someone and then they ask you a question, then second part is when you file in a form such as if you're willing to go through background checks etc, and third part is when you get a photo taken.
