We are Austin Fraser, an award-winning, international recruiting company with specialist consultants covering various industries globally. Founded in 2007, we have a thriving brand across the U.K, Europe and the U.S including offices in Munich, Berlin and Hamburg in Germany, as well as Denver, Dallas, Austin and soon to be San Diego and LA.

With a vision to become a company that constantly allows people to reach their full potential our co-founders, Pete and Del, kicked off the AF story back in 2007 with self belief, ambition, one big dream... and a couple of beers.

As their client base grew, so did the team, with the introduction of the first Austin Fraser hire - James Simpson, Contract Recruiter. He’s now our UK Tech Director for by the way, we’re big on growth and progression

As the first few years went by, the team continued to grow, the Austin Fraser reputation grew ever stronger, and the the clients flocked, and in 2012 we open our second office - Munich, Germany. It was a huge success and continues to be so.

Three years later, in 2015, we expanded once again, this time jumping across the pond to Austin Texas, USA.

All three offices took off with great success, and so in 2017, we set up shop in both Berlin, Germany and Denver, Colorado, USA.

You might be thinking "that’s a lot to take on in one year?" But it’s nothing we can’t handle.

We did, however, give ourselves a little break before opening up our next office in 2018: Dallas Texas, USA.

Next up, the newest member of the AF Family, we are very proud to announce we launched Hamburg, Germany, in March 2019

And now... two more offices planned to open, San Diego - Life Sciences opening in October 2019, and LA Tech 2020... there's no stopping us! 

We’re continually growing and moving forward, and we don't plan on slowing down anytime soon.

    I have been working at Austin Fraser full-time (Less than a year)


    - interview process was quick. They knew what they were looking for. They let me check it was also for me - that was important to them and I liked that.
    - serious opportunities for personal career growth. Show them you are willing and capable and they will help you fly!
    - the whole place is chilled and fun. Doesn't matter what office you are in its the same vibe - work hard but enjoy it!
    - opportunities to live overseas. It's growing like mad (without losing the buzz) so internal opportunities to move to USA or Germany are frequent - but you still have to earn them!


    - you get out what you put in. If you're not willing to learn, graft and laugh then this isn't the place for you.
    - things move at pace! If you like to take things nice and steady then this isn't for you either.

    Advice to Management

    - keep doing what you are doing is a cliche but it's working!
    - more frequent forums for ideas to come up through the business

    I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Austin Fraser (Reading, England) in June 2014.


    I had a two stage interview which consisted of an initial 'meet and greet', along with getting to know Peter Hart, the CEO. I was really impressed that the CEO took the time to meet me on both the first and second stage interviews, despite his busy schedule.

    My second stage interview consisted of a presentation to the L&D manager, CDO and CEO to showcase my personality and my aspirations within Austin Fraser.

    There was also extremely thorough questioning; team fit was clearly an extremely important factor for every employee from day one!
