I have been working at Automation Logic full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

DevOps Academy, atmosphere, opportunities for growth, and DnD
    - Great DevOps Academy
I have recently completed the DevOps Academy that Automation Logic(AL) provide for all graduate consulting engineers. I had minimum coding experience prior to starting. In the academy I learned more than in my masters year of Aerospace Engineering and that's saying something. It was comprehensive, challenging and very enjoyable.
    - atmosphere
This being my first job means I don't have a frame of reference but so far people have been exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
    - Opportunities for growth.
The company gives you free time and resources to extend your skillset. I can literally decide to work on a DevOps project, contact the owner of the company directly and talk with him about doing it. We also have a 'Share it' sessions where people share internally side projects that they have been doing.
    - DnD and board games.
Yes, we play DnD after work and board games. There are some people that gather for bridge games and even several guitars in the office.

    Cons

The space in the office is limited at the moment but that is supposed to change in the near future.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Automation Logic (London, England).

    Interview

Two rounds on telephone (HR manager, founder ) and then an in person round (2nd founder). All positive and then they go cold and do not even communicate any feedback. Poor experience.
