    Approves of CEO

I worked at Aviva full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Innovative cognitive reasoning challenges with a great amount of freedom and guidance. Clearly identified use and future projection as to motivate efforts knowing they will be impactful.

    Cons

Nothing of significance. Potentially high pressure to deliver, too many meetings about trying to reduce unnecessary meetings while having productive meetings.

    Advice to Management

Would prefer better Jira board management, teams are filled with subgroups of specialists that have complementary tasks. Being able to allow more granular subgroup kanban boards would be useful.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aviva (Norwich, England) in February 2018.

    Interview

It consists of sitting with a current employee , just understanding what the job role is. This gives you a chance to listen to phone calls and ask questions which I found beneficial. It then moves onto an interview with 2 managers , this was just typical questions in relation to customer service and how you’d fit into the role etc. The whole process lasted around an hour and a half and I received a phone call the next day offering the position.
