I worked at Aylin White full-time (More than 3 years)

They gave me an opportunity which has made me the person I am. It was not long before I realised how unprofessional my previous employer was until I joined Aylin White in Feb 2015. This is not a bias review but an honest one. Aylin White may not be for everyone but I assure you if you prove to them you’re there to make money and co-operate (fairly - on both sides) you will be well looked after as they have to deal with time wasters on a regular basis - that’s the industry, full of chancers. Prove your not one and trust the process. You’ll be applying for mortgages, spending significant amounts of disposable income, and enjoying life.

Below are a number of points why I enjoyed working there:

    -Great training and development programme.
    -Supportive and Understanding Senior Management.
    -Great career progression.
-Money to be made if you put the work in.
-I spent 4 years at Aylin White starting as an 18 year old with little experience and industry knowledge and matured mentally and professionally in the role.
    -They invest in you heavily.
-One-to-One weekly progress meetings with constructive feedback on how to improve the following week.
    -Open door policy.
    -Second to none HR department.
-Good incentives such as holidays and lunch clubs and day competitions.

I have very little issues with Aylin White as a business.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing. Not everyone is there to see the business flourish but instead people just want more from AW than they can offer themselves. You have been going strong since you started. Maybe one day our paths will cross again on a professional level. But I can say as a matter of fact I will never be a stranger. Heres to a prosperous 2019. Big thanks to the Directors and Senior Management for everything they have done for me. I truly felt valued and I wish nothing but the best for you individually.

    Average Interview

I was called for a first interview with the HR manager and the director. Later they invited me for a second interview with consisted of a trial and a presentation. The process was easy, I did not receive an offer, moreover I received a untruthful excuse that I did not qualified for the job since I did not have the experience required for the position and that the final decision was between me and another candidate. I feel that there is no reason to lie regarding why a person is not accepted.
