Price Comparison

In price comparison, is one of the UK’s largest and best loved price comparison sites, and in France is disrupting the traditional French market.

Insurance Distribution & Outsourcing

Our IDO business is made up of BGL Life; award winning contact centres; our own brands Budget and Dial Direct; and our market-leading partnerships business which provides insurance through some of the UK’s most trusted brands including M&S Bank, O2, Lloyds and the Post Office.

Fun and entertaining

We know how to have fun! Whether it's the Awards Ball, our family fun days, CSR events and activities, or simply celebrating success, we do like to make the most of working together.

We also have the Fab Draw - where colleagues win amazing prizes every month; Instants - quick 'thank yous' ranging from free lunches, drinks, or gift vouchers for top high street brands.

We work extremely hard to ensure all colleagues are motivated, engaged and most of all happy - and we measure it every year through our Pulse colleague engagement survey.

Your Wellbeing

As well as all the fun stuff, we run a great MiWellbeing programme for staff. Initiatives include subsidised osteopathy and sports massage services and individual checks on health issues such as blood pressure, cholesterol and weight, as well as free eye tests. There's also an onsite gym at our Peterborough HQ and subsidised gym memberships at other sites.


Making a difference

We are dedicated to supporting communities here in the UK and further afield through our corporate social responsibility programme.

Together with our employees, we strive to impact community and social development, not only within our own locations but around the world. Aligning our CSR strategy with the overall Group purpose ensures we continuously operate responsibly and create long-term positive value for society.

As a Group, our CSR strategy operates in three main areas, Partnerships, Community and Personal.


Our strategic partnerships are set up to encourage education, entrepreneurship and empowerment. We work with Build It Internationnal and focus on overseas communities. 


We have local CSR committees at each of our locations. Made up of employees from around the business, these committees make decisions about giving to local causes. Applications are made either through other staff members or directly from our communities.


We want it to be easy for everybody to contribute to causes that mean a lot to them personally. We do this through match funding, volunteering and payroll giving.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BGL Group (Peterborough, England).


    Applying online then Competency based interview with the hiring manager and HR. The second and final round was a less formal chat with the hiring manager and MD. The whole process was very professional and they made me feel at ease.
