I have been working at BPS World full-time (More than a year)
From before day one, the engagement and time I was given to understand the business, my role and the importance of my role in the company's vision was and remains clear and focussed. The ongoing investment in my learning and development is present daily from LinkedIn Learning to tailored training to help me in every part of my job. Constant support and autonomy is balanced really well.
I have a clear understanding of the impact of everything I do and can see the value of my individual efforts to achieving company goals.
Our monthly engagement survey measures the tone of employee happiness and the leadership teams respond accordingly to support the business as a whole.
BPS World are moving overseas and now have 3 international offices. There is clear opportunity to travel and make an international move when the time is right.

The initial conversation with internal HR was extremely helpful as it gave me a better insight into the role and the core values and objectives of BPS World as an organisation. My interview with the Head of Marketing was a transparent discussion of what the role entailed, the progression opportunities and about the company's culture as a whole - a refreshing change of pace in comparison to most interview processes.
