    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Banana Republic.

    Interview

Emailed in with CV and cover letter, the manager emailed me back for a suitable day and time for interview and casual chat about role. I was introduced to 3 people in the office, and asked some questions regarding my experience and response or attitude to hypothetical scenarios. At the end of the interview I was asked to take on the position.
