  • To help support our working parents through the summer weeks, our colleagues put on a show at our first-ever virtual Beazley Summer Camp. The week-long event featured a whole host of live sessions ? developed and delivered by our camp counsellors (AKA Beazley employees). From dance routines, to family fun quizzes, science lessons, books readings and even a virtual petting zoo ? there was something for all ages. Not only that, but we wanted our summer of fun to extend beyond just one week, so created pre-recorded content for our colleagues and their children to enjoy all summer long.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Beazley Group (London, England) in July 2018.

Telephone interview followed by a face-to-face interview in the office, In general, fairly standard interview procedure. Questions asked based off CV to see if I had the skills necessary for the role. Interview lasted around 30/40 mins. Some questions were specific to my course and how that will help for the role.
