I have been working at Beyond Search full-time (More than a year)
I've worked for Beyond Search for a little under two years. From day one I've felt like I've had clear direction but with the freedom to make the role my own and to help the company deliver on its goals. I'm given whatever tools I need and given a great environment to do it in. Management are crystal clear about expectations and it is a work hard play hard environments without silly burecratic pressures. Good pay, good team, nice office, loads of travel. Love it. Oh, and the unlimited holiday is amazing- really feel loyal because of it.
No dogs allowed! - i know this is out of the company's hands been down the the owner of the building but it would be nice!
sometimes leadership become unsupportive when clients take their time- I don't feel pressured at all, just they don't necessarily seem to understand that delays happen.
Advice to Management
Continue to do a brilliant job and just be understanding that some clients take time even when it's not obvious why. I love working here so please keep the creative and can-do spirit.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Beyond Search (City of London, England) in September 2015.
Tough but fair. One telephone call that lasted ten minutes then a hour long casual conversation then an hour long general interview with anyone in the company, I believe I had a short sit down with a Non-Exec of the company then a sit down with someone who was at the time of the same seniority. I then had a meet and greet with people in company towards the end of the day over a glass of wine then an hour long business plan based conversation with the MD a couple of days later.
Straightforward in the sense that it was pain free. They are firm but fair negotiators and MD is keen to give pay and benefits in relation to value brought to the table. MD is extremely fair and made me an offer I felt was completely justified.
