I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Biffa (Sevenoaks, England, England) in Dec 2019

Was invited to interview - Presentation on my first 100 days. Follow up questions on some of the industry culture challenges (I am new to the waste industry). Overall I felt it was an effective interview. Progressed to second stage which was essentially the same as the first but with a more senior manager. Offered an alternative role to that I applied for .

How do you envisage engaging a workforce that is more transient and less skilled to the industry I had come from.
