Advice to Management
React more quickly to increasing workloads by bringing in new heads sooner rather than once difficult to manage workloads cause unnecessary stress.
Provide timely, honest and informative responses to employee questionnaires.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BioReliance (Glasgow, Scotland) in August 2015.
1st interview was an relatively informal discussion off-site with a single individual around my CV and aspirations.
2nd interview was competency based questions in 1:1 interviews with multiple individuals covering the different aspects of the position with whom it would closely interact.
