Although we do have a lot of fun within our Flock, first and foremost we are a business and to be able to do all of the exciting incentives, trips abroad, race days etc, work needs to come first. Yes we have fun, but in order to do so we will only ever hire driven, hardworking people who aim to build and invest themselves in our company.

I have been working at Black Sheep Utilities full-time (Less than a year)
Job role it’s self is hard and could be daunting to certain individuals but the incentives offered to perform well outweigh any negatives. Targets set are absolutely achievable given you work hard and get on with what you are tasked to do. Great people, free drinks and fruit, lovely office space and lots of giveaways. Couldn’t be happier to have started here!
Yet to discover any negatives - an outbound calling role will always be tough but if you bring resilience and drive to the table you will do well.
Advice to Management
Fantastic and genuine support from management. Very direct, absolutely no beating around the bush but in such a fast paced working environment full of passionate driven salespeople there is no place for passengers.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Black Sheep Utilities (Brighton, England) in December 2018.
A completely fresh spin on a traditional interview. Finding out as much about you as a person as they are as a professional - your personality will be a driving force to success. Definitely some unexpected, really fun tests of improvisation and sales skills. 100% an interview I won’t forget!
