Interview
The first interview was with RH team. It is a standard interview where they talk about the company and you talk about your professional experience. The second interview was with PO team (Senior and Junior). In this interview, maybe the project details are not well defined and you don't have additional information about the project. The main objective is to know more about your PO experience than they talk about the project that the company has. The third interview was with Engineer Team and they want to know if you have experience working with Agile methodology.Interview1) Tell us about your PO experience. 2) How do you keep stakeholders engaged with a project? 3) Do you like sports? 4) Do you bet on games? 5) How do you prioritize tasks? 6) How do you break down big tasks? 7) How do you inform engineers about new tasks?
