Supportive colleagues with emphasis on helping each other succeed.
    Strong communication between departments
Comfortable working environment (Free breakfast, coffee, fruit, snacks)

Nothing comes to mind, I would only be being picky. Potentially more 1-2-1's on general well-being, areas for improvement.

    Average Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Board Intelligence (London, England) in January 2020.

Worst experience EVER. I went through the two stages which were supposedly the only stages (two presentation tasks). I was then made to wait a whole week for an answer (because they claimed that feedback was not together, but actually they had already given ths position to someone else.). That person declined and they then came to me. I was told I was having a contract sent to me, but PIPPA had a bee in her bonnet and wanted me to do silly little tasks. I turned down another offer because I thought the company was great. Turned out that they didnt send me a contract and made me lose out on the other opportunity as well.

They seriously lack internal communication, they say hiring is collaborative but it actually means what Pippa says is final, so she might aswell be the internal recruiter if thats the case. They sell you dreams and let you down, repeatedly.
