I have been working at Board Intelligence full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    - I've been with the business for nearly 9 years and it's changed hugely during this time, growing from a strategy consultancy into a tech company. But what hasn't changed is the family feel and close-knit culture. We work hard, but we have fun with it - over Friday drinks, socials, ski trips...
    - The team's growing but we're still lean. The people who thrive here are those who buy into our mission, who work hard, who help out team members and who have fun with it. Oh, and everyone is mega bright and brilliant at what they do!
    - There's a flat strucure, young and dynamic management team, and there's little bureacracy - meaning we can focus our time on delivering an amazing product for our clients.
    - There are great perks too: fantastic healthcare, training opps, free breakfasts, snacks, lunch and learns...

    Cons

    - New hires are joining all the time, but there are never quite enough hands on deck, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to help a colleague with whatever needs to be done.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in the company infrastructure so the business can scale and keep the magic.
