I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Board Intelligence (London, England, England) in Apr 2021

    Interview

I have to say I’m writing this review purely because of how great my experience was this company!

Had a first chat with a recruiter that asked me a few questions to see if I’d be a good fit then got moved onto a quick video Q&A. This was just competency questions such as opinion on technology outlook in 2021 and beyond. After this there’s an assessment centre that’s a long but fantastic day. You have some interviews, a presentation and a group session. The final stage is a chat with one of the CEO’s but watch out because you’ll probably think it’s just a chat but she asks you lots of questions you wouldn’t expect and I’d say this was the only thing I disliked about the process.

On the whole, everyone was so so amazing and I’ve honestly never had a job application process that made me want to join a company so much. Whether you get the job or not you’ll have a nice, informative experience!
