    Pros

Travel company = interesting information about global destinations
Innovative leadership at the brand level
Opportunity for advancement and growth, if you know the right people

    Cons

Being in your seat at designated time > your work product
    Micromanagement occurs in every department
    Reluctant to change

    Advice to Management

Let your people work; stop hovering both physically and emotionally over their work. Allow for ideas; practice the same interpersonal morals that you preach to brands; value opinions that don't comport with your own; engage folks coming from the brands to understand what they've done before instead of constantly recreating the wheel; remember that people you work with are human beings still helping you get to the bottom line.

    Interview

I had an interview with the recruiter. She was supposed to get back to me two weeks later. But now, I've been ghosted. 2 emails and no response. Super unprofessional. Priceline has been around for over 20 years. I expect behavior like this from startups but not established companies. They need to get their acts together-completely unacceptable.
