There are a lot of staff, like myself who have been there for a number of years.
Hybrid working
Pension scheme - death in service benefit OU to age 70 (even if retired)

Cons

Not enough work to do or for me personally poor leadership

Advice to Management

Need to tighten up on Management training where it effects other people, need to ensure that the training given it actually carried out
