    Pros

Working at Braintree is amazing! The people are lovely, management are encouraging and supportive, and the culture is second to none. If you wish to, you can travel a lot which is great and allows you to see more of the world than you would normally sitting at your desk! Very refreshing to work for a company who respect you, trust you and reward you - Thanks!

    Cons

    Can't think of any! genuinely!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Braintree.

    Interview

Only did a phone screen with this company. I put in an application and heard back quickly so I was initially hopeful. The interviewer called me late, about five minutes after the scheduled time and seemed rushed and disinterested throughout the entire process. I'm the sort of person who can talk at length about anything, especially my profession and as such my phone interviews frequently run longer than they are scheduled. In this case however the entire thing was wrapped up in only around twenty minutes. The topics discussed were superficial, there wasn't much deep dive into either my background or the companies needs. Left the interview feeling like they went into it with low interest, and didn't expect much. Got an official rejection a few days later and honestly I can't say I minded all that much. Braintree is an interesting company with a cool product that I've used in some of my other roles, but this experience left me flat. I doubt I would consider applying there again in the future as they didn't seem to be taking the process all that seriously.
