I worked at Bright Interactive full-time (Less than a year)
flexible working hours,
relaxed and comfortable working environment,
fun and enthusiastic colleagues,
excellent location with a stunning view,
other developers were always keen to give a helping hand if needed,
copious amounts of free snacks, fruit, coffee etc.,
managers seemed genuinely keen to find and implement improvements to the work-life / office
9th floor, also a plus considering the view.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Bright Interactive (Brighton, England) in December 2014.
The interview process was very straightforward. I emailed my CV and covering letter in late 2014 and swiftly received a response inviting me for an interview. It began with a basic HR interview to ease you in (no competency questions which was unusual), followed by a technical question - asked to identify an error in Python code on paper.
