Interview
2 stages of phone interview and one face to face that had a detailed project brief/RFP and I was asked to talk about my approach to the project, including plan, resources, budget, solution, go-live support etc. First stage was with HR then 2nd phone interview was HR and head of delivery and 3rd and final stage was the face to face, I was given 1 hour to read through the brief and prepare my approach. I found this not enough time but was told that they didn't expect me to do be able to get through everything. I then had about 30 mins of questions based on my presentationInterviewHow you would you estimate and resource a project like this?
