I have been working at Bruntwood full-time (Less than a year)
Full of like minded people. Autonomy is encouraged you're given the freedom and empowerment to make decisions. Good benefits but could be much better. Friendly atmosphere.
Benefits could be better. Becoming a huge company but still acts like a small one which can make lots of processes long winded and it's difficult to implement change. No central knowledge resources and hundreds of different software systems makes small jobs take a long time. Most knowledge is in people's heads so if someone leaves it can be a nightmare for others. Pay and opportunities completely depend on who manages you.
Advice to Management
Need better knowledge sharing, better benefits, and more structure for providing opportunities for development. Can seem elitist with certain employees allowed more than others regardless of skill or potential.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bruntwood.
Two stage interview, the first was competency based with questions around my skills and experience, the second was a presentation. Overall it was a positive experience, I got a good grilling but they demonstrated that they wanted to ensure the role and company were right for me and that they were recruiting the right person.
