I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Buildbase (Oxford, England) in January 2016.
The interview process lasted approximately 1 hour, and was conducted be two interviewers - a manager and trainer previously employed in the role. It started with basic questions such as: Tell us a little about yourself? What do you know about the company? What can you add to the role and what exactly do you know about the role? No competency based questions. The interview/ "conversation" revolved around what the role entailed and was unusually expressed by the manager in a negative fashion; as to "put you off" wanting the role. However, it was very informative and didn't portray any unrealistic expectations.
