    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at BuzzFeed (London, England).

    Interview

I had to wait 10 minutes because the person could not operate BlueJeans (their preferred software). She then started interviewing me for a job that I applied to in 2014 with my 2014 CV. I pointed out that this was an old application and she had contacted me based on the new one. Denied any fault, asked me to update her on my career .... 3 years is a lot to talk about. After the interview I get an automated rejection for the job I applied to in 2014 (finally!). Two weeks later, she calls, turns out she wasn't even the hiring manager for this position, berates me over the phone for my 'lack of skills' and expects me to be happy about the process. Thanks God I did not get the job. I don't have to work with people like this.
