I have been working at BuzzMyVideos full-time (More than a year)
I have been working for BuzzMyVideos for 2 years. Firstly as a part time employee then as full time. In my experience i have only found the management and the team to be very helpful and encouraging. They have supported me from day one. There is always someone willing to listen to any new ideas or suggestions that a team member may have. The management are totally approachable and very good at motivating the team.There are regular meetings in which opportunity arises to voice any issues that anyone maybe experiencing. The company has grown and developed enormously since it started, constantly introducing new ideas and skills to help to developers get more from their work. I have nothing but admiration for the directors they put in all their time and energy to create a professionally run business which for me is a pleasure to work for.

I applied online. I interviewed at BuzzMyVideos.
Applied through LinkedIn and the recruiter got in touch after a week or so to arrange an interview via Skype. The first interview was arranged efficiently and went smoothly , it lasted just over half an hour and the recruiter explained the company , its ethos , its history and what type of person they were looking for. I was happy with the process and felt i was able to describe myself and what I could give the company. The following day I was emailed again by the recruited and asked to attend a second interview with the founder which again was going to be via Skype. We set a day but it had to be postponed and a new one was arranged. The second interview was again very professional and it lasted about 45 minutes. I thought the conversation was fluent , I was able to answer my questions in detail and the atmosphere was relaxed. However , at this day which is a month after the second interview , I still haven't received any communication from the recruiter/company that the job has been given to someone else or it's not been filled. I find it rather disappointing that no-one could bother to just send an me email.
