    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CD PROJEKT RED (Turkey) in Oct 2021

    Interview

They contacted me after I applied for the job and asked me to create a game demo that would include a minimum of 1 main questline and 1 side quest. They provided a storybook to use as a reference for the quests. They gave me 2 weeks to complete the task.
3 weeks after the task deadline, they contacted me again to setup a meeting with 2 guys from the quest design team and someone from HR.
They told me they were impressed with my demo and I thought the interview went well but I got a basic rejection mail a week later with no explanation or reason for the rejection.
Overall it was a long and tedious process and in the end I got a negative response. And I can't even use the demo in my portfolio.
    Interview

Simple background questions. Some questions regarding my demo. Some questions regarding quest design principles.
