Normal frustrations of being a part of a large corporation with many departments and levels of bureaucracy .
Advice to Management
Focus towards making CDK a leader in digital marketing/advertising.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at CDK Global (Hungerford, England) in June 2016.
I was contacted by a recruitment agency asking if I was interested in working for CDK.
Answered a set of questions sent to me by the recruiter.
20-30 minute phone interview with a CDK employee. Consisted of questions around the company, myself as a person and my university experience.
Assessment day with couple of other interviewees. Part one of this day consisted of looking at different products, and evaluating which products should be developed for the market. Part two (for the technical role), presenting a project that I had been working on to showcase my development skills.
Final interview with two employees from the R&D team. Once again I was asked about my university experience, experience working on projects individually and in groups and I was told how the company works and what they do in a little more detail.
CDK Global Welcomes Brian Krzanich (B.K.) as new CEO!
We are so excited to have announced that Brian Krzanich, former chief executive officer of Intel, has joined CDK Global as president, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. Krzanich brings 36 years of experience at Intel and combines an exceptional track record of creating shareholder value with exactly the right combination of technology and strategic leadership experience to help CDK reach even greater heights.
For our final #PRIDE feature, we talked to Jermaine Moore from our Detroit office about how he's getting involved throughout the month. "The Pride BRG is going to be collecting clothes and toiletries for a local non-profit named The Ruth Ellis Center throughout June and July. This organization focuses on youth in the LGBTQ community. This collection for Ruth Ellis is what I am looking forward to heading with our BRG. There are so many young people that need support from non-profits and other programs when they may not have that support at home or if they are homeless.” We love this! Thank you for your work, Jermaine! #myCDKPrideStory
