I worked at CJ Affiliate by Conversant full-time (More than a year)
Had some nice people in the office I made friends with.
Terrible communication, Interns knew more than staff. A bit of a clicky culture - no training really and lack of support in the UK. Seemed more like a satellite office than anything else.
Advice to Management
Look to improve upon the general US model
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CJ Affiliate by Conversant (Putney, England) in February 2016.
Had a good inital converstion with Ray as they had a couple of positions I was keen on. He put me forward for the AD role and the first face to face was interview was with their director of client development. This also went well and I was invited back in for another face to face but this time I was presenting to the country manager. This I couldn't tell how it went as she was a closed book. The worst part is that no one made any effort to give any form of feedback. From not getting any kind of response after the interview, I knew I wasn't going to get the job.
