The nicer team I've ever seen, actual product, great office with dogs, MacBook with some additional stuff, feeling like you finally come back home.


It has to be something but I haven't met yet.

    I applied online. I interviewed at COYO (Hamburg) in Mar 2021


    The interview process may seem long and though I didn't go through it all, I can say that so far the process is one of the best I ever gone through. Even from the first call, the interviews were open discussions (even the technical interview, though it had a structure they had to get through) and a great part of them was based on your questions as a candidate. In my opinion that made the interviews more open and flow more easily.

    One of the steps was a technical task on which I could work on my own time and then submit. The task wasn't that difficult and I got to discuss it on the next step of the process.

    Overall, it was a great experience and the people I met were very open and friendly.

    The question were fairly standard both HR and technical.
