Pros
The work is interesting. At least for someone like me with a science background. Projects are technical/clinical and allow me to use what I learnt as an academic. Working with very large pharmaceutical companies mainly and on multiple projects/clients at the same time. Lost of bright people and the company has a good culture. Hours are not too bad for consulting.
Cons
Growing pains as the company transitions from a small company to a more complex and established one - they have invested significantly in 2023 and things are changing fast.

Interview
(1) cv review and 2 questions (2) research task on drug market and competitors , this was a 3 part exercise (3) interview with 2 people asking me about my experience and motivations (online) (4) assessment centre which included a case study presentation I had a week to prepare for. The case study was on the competitiveness of a drug and its defence strategy. The case study was interactive and intense and the interviewers (2 people) asked me questions throughout. There was an alert writing task which was simple and we received feedback on it after. Finally, a behavioral interview with two managers based on personality test they asked you to take a few days before - intense . Received the offer the next day. Process was longer than I would have liked but it was really comprehensive and gave me a good understanding of the role . Everyone was lovely and the offices are so pretty, excited to start !InterviewCan you give us an example of a time you worked with someone difficult ?
