    I applied online. I interviewed at Capdesk (United Kingdom)

    Interview

    First stage was your usual 30 minutes 'get to know each other' chat (remotely of course) relating to topics such as; past experience, hobbies outside of work and future aspirations.

    I progressed on to the second stage which was a task relating to real life customer situations. They gave you three potential email examples you would receive from the client and you would have to write up a response on how you would go about replying to the questions. You also had to record a voice note and walk through the steps you had taken.

    Unfortunately I was not successful at this, but I did receive useful feedback from my HR contact on how I could have improved my answers, which was greatly appreciated. The fact that they take the time to give all candidates personalised and detailed feedback is very unique, not many companies do this. So thank you!
