    Pros

    Carbon Re suits people who have a strong bias for action, are self-motivated, adaptable and collaborative. I value the transparency that the leadership team have with the whole team.

    Cons

    As a start-up the culture is still developing but the things that underlie the works is that are that everyone treats each other with respect and we are very supportive of each other. There are growing pains that are to be expected with a start-up. The company is constantly evolving and we are working together to figure out the culture.
