    Pros

    Great people to work along side and a good company from top to bottom.

    Cons

    Let down by lazy occupants and customers who want everything for nothing.
    Ringing a call centre to change a light bulb because they cant be bothered going to spend 50p on a bulb to do it themselves, any other housing contractor would laugh them off the phone. The people are meant to defend our country but cant change a toilet seat!!

    Useless lazy people the lot of them

    Competency based interview with just the hiring manager. Interview was at an easy pace and was comfortable and didn’t feel pressured. Was informed I would be contacted in a few days to find out if successful.
