    Pros

    -Diversity of projects and clients allowing you to have exposure to a range of sustainability topics -Responsibility from day one ! Even if you are the junior member of a project team you are valued and have a direct relationship with clients -Great flexible working policies. You have the option to work from home when you want but also work from abroad for up to 6 weeks every year, which is great especially if you are from abroad so you can combine work and family.

    Cons

    -In Carnstone you learn a lot on the job, however some more structured training is not provided and would be helpful - It is in the nature of consultancy, so during the busy periods workload can be a bit overwhelming if resourcing is limited

      Fantastic! Very human from the outset - no computer based assessments or automated responses. Purely a professional (but laid back) interview with senior partners followed by a presentation task in the second round of interviews.
