Pros
- The working environment is great. There's a good balance between friendly and professional;
- My peers are outstanding, smart and amazing people;
- We share the feeling that we're all contributing to CASAFARI's growth. Each one of us is an important piece in the big picture, our voices are heard and All-Hands meetings help to keep us aligned. The future is in our hands;
- Super fast learning curve. After the initial Career Plan (where the career path is clear), with the company growing, we know more opportunities will arise to keep developing our skills. In few months, If I look back, I see how much I've grown already. Our vision is exciting;
- A great diversity of tasks and possibility to be involved in different areas of the business, result of still being super flat. We can develop different skills, and don't feel stuck in a fixed position.
Cons
- We are in high speed, which makes it challenging sometimes to understand what are the priorities and focus.

Interview
Well organised meeting with good structure. Interviewers were polite and professional. Questions stayed in topic but appeared to have genuine interest in me as a person. Still awaiting a response on the job application.
