Advice to Management
improve HR departments, very slow
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chanel (London, England) in January 2018.
Horrible experience, I had an interview with two people (one from HR and one manager) and they were so rude. I have worked as an AM for over 5 years and they treated me as if I didn’t have a single clue what the work duties would include.
Whenever answering a question, they would interrupt and repeat the question- like if you didn’t interrupt you’d understand that I was answering it.
Mocked and laughed that I didn’t speak 100%english (I’m from France) which was so disrespectful. They didn’t even ask the normal interview questions, as why chanel or why you, but wanted me to be in a million weird situations and speak to them as if they were the customer (imagine I am the customer and I came, took of my pants, and showed you my naked bits, what would you do as manager?) Worst recruiter/manager in history.
