I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Ciena (London, England) in January 2016.
Interview
I had a phone call from the recruiter who explain the role, company and process to me. The feedback to the next interview took quite a while as it was over Christmas but email responses were quick and updates were frequently given. I enjoyed meeting the team even though I was unsuccessful.
