Flexible working time, great projects and colleagues make this company the best! You are given a chance to work on interesting projects ranging from startups at their beginnings to enerprise applications, all done with cutting edge technologies.
But that's not all, each developer has access to best learning materials available so
if you want to learn and improve you're 100% covered.
The best part is that you can do all of this while travelling the world!

Remote work is not for everyone! In order to succeed here, you need to self-improve constantly and communicate very efficiently.
If you're used just to writing code without understanding client needs this isn't the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, step by step improvements like those so far will get this company even further.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Clevertech in March 2019.

    1. 15 questions to answer on their websites.
    2. 4 questions to answer via video recording if you're application is successful.
    3. 1hr 30min technical test on DevSkiller. They ask to confirm salary expectation for the 2nd time once test is completed. I don't think they liked my expectation, so they basically sent an email saying "I had strong and impressive background but they won't be proceeding".
    4. Video interview with 'Talent Acquisition Specialist'.
    5. Another video interview with Kuty (CEO).
    6. Yet another technical

    Interview Questions

    • Can you work EST/PST timezones?

For the pre-recorded questions to answer via video:
      - Tell us a bit about yourself.
      - What has been the most exciting thing about your career?
      - Tell us about a time when you had to work to strict deadline.
      - How do you deal with a difficult person?
      - What is your greatest accomplishment?

For DevSkiller test, they provide you with a basic maven project (you can clone this locally to work with whatever IDE) with failing tests and you essentially need to refactor the implementation and tests and get the build to pass. Task is to create 2 kinds of request.
