    Pros

Great culture were people are empowered to make decisions and look after their customers, whilst being respected, supported and developed by colleagues and managers. A rich learning environment where you're surrounded by really smart people from whom there's lots to learn. Joining was the best career move I ever made.

    Cons

Customers expect a lot from the business and its staff. This is fine if you want to build great solutions but it's not for those who want to take it easy

    Advice to Management
