I have been working at CloudThing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've never worked somewhere where you feel so actively respected and part of the team than cloudThing. The management team are always listening to feedback, and if you come to them with an idea or a recommendation that is well thought out, they will take it on board.

Great culture of togetherness, regular social nights and everyone is willing to help out. Company share scheme, flexible working and free cans of pop in the office.

    Cons

Not really a con, but if you're the type of person that needs real structure and continuous direction it's probably not the place for you. You're often left to work on your own projects and as everyone is busy you have to ask for help if you need it. Also the car park can get very crowded!

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to staff, keep growth manageable and don't lose the culture.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at CloudThing (Bengaluru (India)) in August 2018.

    Interview

    There were 4 rounds.

1st round was a written test. There were aptitude and some reasoning questions. Some program snippets were given and we had to find the error in them. Some SQL queries were asked. There were a total of 20 questions.

2nd round was programming round. 6 questions were there and we could write the programs in the language of our choice. C and C++ were not allowed.

3rd round was technical interview. Questions from resume. SQL queries. Java questions etc. After that interview I was asked to make 2 programs on the laptop. Those programs can be from the programming test or from outside.

4th round was a technical plus hr interview with the directors. Code snippets were given and errors were asked. In some of them I was asked to tell the output. There was some basic hr questions with the that the directors asked apart from the technical questions.

After this round was over, they told me that I was selected for an offer.
