How to beat the sedentary life... when your job requires you to be sedentary? I work long hours, high pressure, etc. Average 10h a day, often more. It's just the result of working in projects with high intensity short deadlines. Time I rest is time I have to make up for later. There are many days where I finish at night and all day I've only moved from my desk to the kitchen and to the bathroom. Needless to say this is very unhealthy. How do you all beat this?

Everybody is very technical, so many people to learn from and the people that work there are awesome and management encourages growth on an individual basis.
If you like working in a fast pace and adapt I don't see the fast pace as a con.

After successfully summitting Ben Nevis earlier this year, we have decided to take on a challenge closer to home to raise important funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. On Friday 4th November 2022, our team will be taking on the 7 Hills Challenge in Edinburgh! This will be a tough but super rewarding walk, and we hope to raise at least £500 towards helping those affected by Cystic Fibrosis live a life unlimited. At 27km and 700 metres of climbing, it’s no walk in the (Holyrood) Park. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust aims to meet this goal by assisting those living with Cystic Fibrosis to be mentally well, physically well and fulfilled. We are proud to support them to achieve these aims.
