    I have been working at Computershare full-time (More than a year)


    The company is investing in a new organisation in Edinburgh, which means there are ample opportunities to grow if you put the work in.


    Some may find the transition the company is currently facing difficult, there is no quick fix to a major overhaul. There is a high turnover of staff and some confusion as roles are thought out and evolved but as each department finds its flow, I believe if you try your best you will benefit.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Computershare (Edinburgh, Scotland) in March 2020.


    I received a 2 stage interview. Firstly, a 45 minute telephone interview, going through my CV, skills and experience and then a fairly quick run through of some technical questions on the tech stack to be used (MS SQL) . Once successful, I was then invited in for a face-to-face interview with my line manager and a current BI Developer which was much more in-depth (Slightly over 2 hours) During this interview I was shown around the office (which is really nice, pool tables, onsite gym etc) and then we went into more detail around my experience and skills and how I would apply them in this role. Th interview was very laid back, although pretty thorough with more in depth analysis of my skills through roughly 30 mins of technical questions. Overall, I felt it was a thorough and fair process.
