    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Compuware full-time (More than 10 years)

The culture encourages new ideas and new ways of bringing value to our customers. We are encouraged to engage customers in our development efforts to deliver what the market needs. This keeps us relevant and makes it easier for us to retain and win customers. We have a very flexible work environment, a generous remuneration package and a 'family' culture that you just don't want to leave!

Honestly, nothing comes to mind! That is why I enjoy working here so much.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the momentum of involving customers closely in our innovation strategies and growing our partner network.

    Junior Consultant Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in London, England
    No Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Compuware (London, England) in October 2014.

The interview by phone was simple. The human resource call me from Detroit and she ask me about my personal projects and my job experience. In order to know my knowledge she ask me "which is the difference between a switch and a router?". After the phone call , she told me that I was a good candidate and a manager from UK will call me soon. I didn't receive any call so I send an email and she answer me that they have other candidates instead of me.

The Agile Mainframe Is No Oxymoron

You're a mainframe user whether you know it or not, so let's spare a thought for the gals and guys working in the engine room and think about the kinds of modern (Agile) software application development tools that are needed in this space.

These Atlassian customers are adapting to change with team innovation

Change is hard. Some brains are wired to adapt to change, but for the vast majority of us it's exceedingly difficult. It requires embracing the unknown, or giving up habits and practices that have become ingrained in us over years, sometimes decades. Unfortunately change is a constant in today's digital age.
